Presidential circle member, mean nothing here, normal that means i get a full size car. Customer service is rude trying to tell me a Toyota Corolla is a full size car.
Gold member here; Usually I receive great customer service, but not at this location. The lady who works behind the counter is a miserable person and should not be working.
Changed my reservation but would not give refund. Rent somewhere else
Staff were rude right from the start. We were given a car with expired temp tags. Thankfully a family member noticed it that day. We called several times and they never answered! We took the vehicle back and they did put plates on it but didn't apologize or seem to care that we had to return to the airport to fix the issue. They were rude in person and over the phone when I finally got someone to answer a few days after the trip! The car was very clean though.
Super clean and new car. Easy in/out with no pressure to upgrade. Just what I want in a rental - super nice to have such a clean car interior/exterior.
