Changed my reservation but would not give refund. Rent somewhere else
Staff were rude right from the start. We were given a car with expired temp tags. Thankfully a family member noticed it that day. We called several times and they never answered! We took the vehicle back and they did put plates on it but didn't apologize or seem to care that we had to return to the airport to fix the issue. They were rude in person and over the phone when I finally got someone to answer a few days after the trip! The car was very clean though.
Super clean and new car. Easy in/out with no pressure to upgrade. Just what I want in a rental - super nice to have such a clean car interior/exterior.
I would put zero stars if I could. Do not rent here if you value your life, your safety, and your time. This place doesn’t maintain their vehicles well. I had to return my car twice due to issues with their cars, and I actually could have been killed due to their lack of maintenance. During my time in Montana (a month) I was driving from Billings to Crow Agency which is the Native American reservation for work at their hospital. I needed to rent a car to commute. 1,500 for a windsheild!?!? This place is the biggest joke and they get off on making their customers lives hell. Threatening reporting to credit without working with you. They do not care, worst company ive ever rented vehicles from....!Customer service is terrible, the two older women are extremely rude and not pleasant to deal with.
