Sometimes the good experience is about the people. Landing at 12pm, Scott was a refreshing positive attitude that made the process seamless. Really enjoyed the conversation with him, hes down to earth, friendly, and professional. Returning the car to him only 7 hours later, he was still in a jovial mood. I use Hertz mostly and if I ever get to Billings again, would be delighted to see him again!
I am giving this review a five star before having returned the vehicle because a Mr Nathan absolutely went above and beyond even warning of windshield chips that need to be marked out and told to the company before heading out on the journey. Thank you Mr Nathan again for the saving of a deductible payment. Would give Nathan a 10 out of 10 if I could
NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!! Worst company go with enterprise or anyone not affiliated with hertz. Rented a car a few years ago. Returned it in Denver instead. This location charged me over $3000 + and could never provide me the initial rental agreement or the receipt from the time of drop off. Now I am in collections and still suffering from using this location. Hertz Corporate is nearly impossible to talk to at this point. Save yourself
