Reserved a mid size sedan online and when I arrived, they offered me a compact with no other options even though the compact size was cheaper in price. Instead of trying to offer me the next size up, they wanted to charge be $28 extra a day for a car I could literally still reserve on their website for $2 more a day. I’m also a presidential circle member and still was offered nothing. Will not return.
I wasn’t informed what all I needed to rent the car, and there were two men that worked there but the younger guy doesn’t know how to do his job. He told me all the wrong information. I found out when I came back and the other guy helped me and told me all differently. The car was good and easy drop off. I just wish that the people knew their job and that “fine print” was actually not fine print but more obvious.
The receptionist was very beautiful and she helped me find all my cars to rent so I thank for thatً.
