I don't know how this location has almost three stars. It's not the employees, you can tell they are trying but there's clearly not enough corporate support. I returned a car via the key drop box which a dealer was paying for on April 10th. On May 2nd I have a charge for $430. There was no notice to me the charge would be coming and there was no receipt provided to me or the dealer. And every time I call, they can't find my contract and it takes five minutes to find me in their software but now I'm on a last name basis so th... read more

Why have someone reserve a time to pick up a vehicle and then not honor that time. There is no reservation time with this company just 20 people walking around laughing and doing nothing.

Hertz charged me $400 for a “smoking fee” with zero evidence. No smoking, car returned clean, and no issue at drop-off. When I asked for proof—nothing. No photos, no report. This honestly feels like an attempt to squeeze extra money out of customers. Be careful!

Made a reservation online. Had my hotel shuttle drive me there. Only to have the attendant tell me there were no cars available at all for same day reservations. No apology, no anything. Directed to call before making an online reservation. Defeating the whole purpose of an online reservation. Thank God my SO was able to chase down our shuttle driver to take us back.
