i got a rental through here through insurance i returned the car clean and full tank like i always do. Even the guy who checked my car thanked me for having car clean and full tank of gas. then on Saturday i saw a charge of $54.90 i called the manager mr. muawa answered and he left me on hold for an hour and never came back. I called again and then i was given and 800 number to call cz my info was no longer in there system.. The worst customer service EVER.!!! I personally will never use Hertz..
Great experience with this location. I was in and out within 2 minutes for the pick up and drop off. Staff was nice and car worked great for our needs.
