I scheduled a rental car and when I went to pick it up, I was told there were no vehicles available. To make things worst, there's a charge on my credit card. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!

I was very happy with the service I received from the Hertz in Austin Texas. They were very courteous and helpful. The check in was very easy and quick. Our representative, Dylan, was extremely polite. He also gave us some really good information on places to go while in Austin. I will definitely use Hertz again for my rental car needs
