Car rental was cancelled with no notification provided. Was told it was cancelled because it was a "one way" rental, and they wanted the car dropped off there as opposed to the airport location which I had setup, and they had originally accepted and confirmed. Was told it was going to be a busy weekend because Formula One was in town, and they wanted all the cars back ASAP. Had they called and told me that, I would have gladly returned the car there and taken an UBER to the airport. Cost $40 to get from the airport to there.... read more
This was the best rental experience I have ever had. Sydney at the first was so kind in helping me with my car reservation. The car was very nice and clean. After I dropped off the rental, they ordered me an uber to where I needed to go. I highly recommend Hertz and this location. I will only be renting from Hertz from now on.
5717 IH 35 the best place for rental cars. Management at this location should teach class on customer service. Thanks Mr. Monte and Ladies at the counter.
