Chris was great! Made the pick up and drop off process super easy. Amazing customer service and communication!
I’ve rented cars here a few times now and I have to say they run a really nice operation for one of the smaller, local hertz locations. The vehicles I’ve received have always been clean, and I’ve had to wait for no more than a few minutes at the time of Pickup. Thank you!
I showed up.and there had no cars. They had one job. Noone called. Now I have to get an uber and find another car ..t Just terriable
Shut the door on me at 5:30 even though they saw I was coming in an uber. I had to wait there for another hour because of traffic and spent 50$ on ubers and wasn’t able to get my insurance rental. please look into who was working Sep 22
