Door says open 9-12pm on Saturdays as does website, got here at 10am and they are closed
Extremely slow. The place has just 1 person at the front desk. One has a to have an abundance of patience to get a car which has already been reserved and paid.
I've tried to get a car here 5-6 times, always booking ahead of time through the website to be on the safe side. After first 3 times where I arrived and a car wasn't there I started calling 2h before arrival to double check if the car is available at the location. "sorry, we don't have cars is all I'm hearing" despite me reserving cars showing as available on the website, mind you I never get any heads-up ahead of time, to make other arrangements, nor anyone makes effort to call the other locations and direct me there, it's ... read more

I don’t recommend this rental company, they keep charging you for eternity, bad customer service also
