Reserved a car online, drove there just to hear that they have no cars. Disappointing and unprofessional not being able to honor reservations
Booked a reservation. Got a confirmation. Showed up and no car available. The lady in front of me in line had the same experience.
This location is right by ALL THE CONSTRUCTION so be prepared for a nail in your tire and have to put a spare on and be charged for a new tire. These people are greedy and I will never do business with them again. One of the people I spoke with chuckled and thought the whole thing was funny. Very unprofessional. What a mistake going to Hertz!!!! And if you are always “striving to do better,” why don’t you make this right? You can’t deny the excessive amount of construction right next to your building. massive construction.
Awful. Simply awful. Made a reservation for a vehicle because our vehicle broke down. Was on my way to Hertz in an Uber and received a call that the vehicle I had reserved was not available. When I asked how I was able to make a reservation for a vehicle that was not available, I was told "That's not our fault". Pretty sure it wasn't my fault. I'm not sure who they think is responsible. Do not go there. Do not use them.
