The flight was delayed but everything was ready for my vehicle pickup. Vehicle was very cleaned and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful with my rental.
Really poor service. Reservation made and acknowledged for estimated 1030 AM vehicle pickup. Flight delayed a bit, reached Hertz counter around 1115. No one staffing the Hertz counter. No indication of who to go see instead. Took a chance on Dollar and Thrifty counter, which was staffed. Stood in line, conservatively, for 20 minutes just get to the counter to ask if they handle Hertz. Yes, they do... So, I asked why there wasn't some sort of sign down at the Hertz counter.
