No doubt that convinced rental location as right inside baggage claim area to pick up your rental cars and key, but when you need to extend the rental and call this local office number, no one is to pick up your call and mail box is full so not allowed to leave any messages, was so annoying experience for me as I had to call number of times to extend my rental, and finally I had to email this local office and someone did reply next day, seriously are they that much busy by not answering calls or email? If I could leave no stars I would. It’s always an issue at this location with my state rental. And to make matters worse they never answer the telephone.
Marjorie was exceptionally patient and helpful. She assisted me greatly with grace and compassion for my cancelled flight situation. The process was efficient, organized and successful. Thank you again.
