Car wasn't well cleaned but it was reliable.
Guys were great to talk to you. They're very very friendly. Made me feel at ease. I had never rented a car before. I got the car put all our stuff in it and went to drive it and realized that one tire only had 8 PSI. So I brought the keys back in told them I would not be driving the car because of this. they said no problem don't even try to put it back where it goes and got me another car right away and it was great to the Augusta airport.❤️
I truly appreciate the staff at this Hertz location. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional, from the front desk team to the lot attendant. I had a great experience from start to finish and have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!
