I just left Hertz with a rental and an absolutely delightful, breath of fresh air experience with the gentleman at the front desk! I don't even know his name, but this gentleman is wonderful! We had made a reservation at Enterprise (different location) multiple days ago and were called today to let us know our reservation couldn't be granted because of "low returns" in all car classes. They advised us to call the Enterprise at the Augusta airport, however we could not get through to a rep at the counter at all. We ended up b... read more

Pick up and drop off process is horrible. Example: go to drop the car off, have to drop keys at desk, says they are open at 7 but no one is there, key drop off box slot isn't large enough to fit keys, employee didn't show up till 715...

My fiancé and I flew to SC for a funeral. Our flight home got canceled from a storm with no other flights available. We were desperate and decided to drive. George showed us so much kindness when helping us find a car and made sure we were taken care of. He seriously was our saving grace I am so grateful he was working today.
