Never a Hertz guy until Enterprise ran out of cars. My experience this morning has been less than impressive and I've been sitting around for 55 minutes and still don't have a clean rental.
We HAD to rent a vehicle due to an insurance loss. During our rental the vehicle 2025 Nissan Versa ended up having a dead battery causing a full day of lost work to get it replaced. There is no reason a brand new vehicle should have a dead cell in the battery. When we reached out to Hertz where the vehicle was rented, the district manager lead us to believe that we would be compensated for this issue. Crashed my personal car, the insurance company was trying to send me to "Enterprise" I should have let them instead of suggesting Hertz. The vehicle they got me ended up having a dead cell in the battery. I missed a day of work getting the battery replaced. Missed out on a full days worth of pay and am facing disciplinary actions at work due to the missed day. I spoke to the regional manager she said "she would do some research and see what could be done to help me out for the missed work." Fast forward two weeks later still... read more
My experience at this location has been consistently disappointing. The customer service is unprofessional, and the staff often seem uninterested in helping customers. One employee, a light-skinned black woman with glasses, was particularly rude and dismissive during my visit, which made the experience even more frustrating. She is very rude and unprofessional.
