Bad service and not accommodating. Do not rent here
The manager was dishonest and unprofessional. She said that you could not rent a car with an out of state Drivers License ! Now let that sink in!?!?
Reservation was pointless. The only available vehicle was a dead EV. Address is wrong too. Zero stars if possible.
Arrived at the location I was provided with for pick up to find out the location has changed with no one informing me before I drove to the first location, then arrive to the address that was on the door of the original pick up location to find out that they don’t have the car I booked, was told I would receive a call that day or the next to get a bigger vehicle.
