My husband and I reserved a SUV in July for August 28. Money was drafted from the checking account but when we’re got there they told us they didn’t have a vehicle available! This happened to my brother in law the exact same day… go figure! I will definitely be contacting the BBB as well as warning others on all social media platforms!
a friend of mine paid for the rental in advance, when he got there, they told him " We're sorry we do not have a vehicle for you, we do not have any more units available" people please avoid this place!!!!
