I am a loyal customer of Hertz, as I believe they offer reliable and well-maintained vehicles, and I have always been very satisfied with my previous rentals. Let me start by saying that the courtland location downtown is great. Friendly staff, helpful in getting me a car when they didn't have the exact class I had reserved, and helped me when I had issues with the midtown location. On the other hand, my brief experience with the midtown location was bad. I wanted to drop the car off afterhours and the courtland location doesn't have that. So I was told to drop it off here.
