Let me start by saying that the courtland location downtown is great. Friendly staff, helpful in getting me a car when they didn't have the exact class I had reserved, and helped me when I had issues with the midtown location. On the other hand, my brief experience with the midtown location was bad. I wanted to drop the car off afterhours and the courtland location doesn't have that. So I was told to drop it off here. Stranded and the local place keeps hanging up on me
Poorly organized staff didn't notify my friend of a 45 minute delay (no car available) until she arrived to pick it up.
This location is closed. Not sure why Hertz still lists as a pick up location
