If I could, I would leave zero stars. The worst service ever. I had requested a pickup and drop-off at 5:00 PM, but the employee at the counter was in a hurry to close and refused to give me the car.

Service is pretty quick considering the amount of people waiting to complete pick up or delivery of their rental. It's in the city, so there isn't much parking when you arrive. Customor service is good.
Rent with them every time I fly in. Great staff and customer service.
HORRIBLE. I TRAVELED FROM OUT OF TOWN AND THEY DID NOT HAVE CARS? REPRESENTATIVE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME AND SERVED OTHER PEOPLE AND EVEN SHOWED THEM AROUND? NEVER OFFERED ME AN ALTERNATIVE VEHCILE OR ANYTHING. HATE THIS PLACE.
