Hertz is the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I rented a car last month for 3 days. On the 2nd day of the rental, I was notified that the car I was CURRENTLY driving had been returned, in another city 1000 miles away, and I was being charged an $800 fee for returning it to a different location than the one I had picked it up from. Extremely disgracefully, disrespectful and dishonest staff! I was sent by my insurance company to pick up a vehicle from this location. I returned in the vehicle in good condition; sat in at the office location for 45minutes and after inspection, was told the vehicle was in good shape and I was good to go. 10 days later, I received a call from this location informing me the roof of the tesla had a crack and I had to pay for repairs! I made a reservation online got there and it said they don’t have any car. If that’s the case, they need to clear their online inventory
