Extremely disgracefully, disrespectful and dishonest staff! I was sent by my insurance company to pick up a vehicle from this location. I returned in the vehicle in good condition; sat in at the office location for 45minutes and after inspection, was told the vehicle was in good shape and I was good to go. 10 days later, I received a call from this location informing me the roof of the tesla had a crack and I had to pay for repairs! I was skeptical. Several bad reviews about not having a reserved car available. I just needed a cheap car for a quick overnight concert trip. What would I do if that happened to me? Well, bus station two Marta stops away. Ok. If you need to rent a car, and they won't bring it to you, you have to go get it. This one was near the Ga State Marta station. Much easier access than I anticipated. It's like in the parking garage across the street from the Marta station. Not well marked but not that hard to find. I got there a little... read more
