This location is the bomb.com. Today was the best experience ever. This new team is the dream that works. Oso, is very customer friendly he gets the job done, his coworkers Alicia, and the other young lady I apologize can't remember her name, beautiful soul. They're also very thorough. I almost left my parking tag again. The young lady brought it to me after checking the car in. The past reviews were probably from past employees. This team rocks. Don't sleep on them. I had a great experience with Hertz rental car service. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, made pickup and drop-off quick and smooth, and ensured I got the right vehicle for my needs. The customer service really stood out — welcoming, respectful, and efficient. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely rent from Hertz again. Highly recommended!

Osa and Charlene are amazing with customer service. Hertz needs to add cars to the fleet so customers don’t get angry with the staff for things that are out of their control. The staff here are helpful and nice.
