Horrible customer service! I reserved a car days in advance and they said get out because they did not have any.
Staff is so nice! This is my go-to spot for local Buckhead car rental. Unless there are a lot of people, I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. Always had a great and clean car. Such an easy and smooth experience.
I truly love love this team here at Hertz! From Osa, Ms.Charlene, Malcom & Alisha they’re literally amazing! They constantly have amazing energy and it’s a nice cultural vibe they have as a Hertz family! They’re my hertz family and I truly don’t like dealing with any other Hertz besides this one!
