I have used Hertz many times, in many States. Staff are very friendly, very kind. I'm treated like a friend, not like a cash machine.

Usually don’t want to leave a bad review but this place is ridiculous. Customer service is the worst, first of all, and people who reserved a week ago show up being told there is no car for them. It seems like they are consistently in lack of cars, then why do you even call yourself a rental car store if there is no car? No wonder why Hertz is going out of business.

How is there not a class action lawsuit against this terrible company? There are a dozen people in here and they are saying they have no cars. Another Hertz told me the same thing last time. This is intentional and how is it not fraud??

I arrived to pick up my truck and discovered my booking had not been properly recorded, and no vehicle was available. One woman at the depot went above and beyond — she stayed calm, made calls, and managed to find me a truck despite the chaos. Her professionalism, dedication, and determination truly saved my business trip, and Hertz should give her the recognition she deserves.
