the service was pleasant, simple and speedy! the vehicle was not clean on the outside. personally i don't mind that nor damages as long as they are aware it's already there and im not blamed. they didn't have the car i needed which could have been disappointing, but how can you complain about a free upgrade. only complaint is i tried calling at one point and couldn't get anyone on the line. overall positive experience!

This is my second time renting from this Hertz location, and once again, they were absolutely amazing. Both times I needed a rental because my car was in the shop, so I was already dealing with a lot of stress and unexpected expenses. From the moment I walked in, they made the process so much easier. They had me in and out within about 5–10 minutes, which I really appreciated. I was on vacation in Atlanta and rented a car on the app. I got a confirmation that my car was ready to pick up so I took a 30 minute bus ride to the hertz location only for them to tell me that they have no cars to rent. I was expected in Savannah that day and was unable to get thereafter spending so much time trying to rectify the situation.
