I had a really great experience at Hertz Alexandria. The environment is genuinely warm and welcoming, and I can confidently say this location has the best manager I’ve ever dealt with. If I’m not mistaken, his name was Taylor. He was incredibly friendly, well-spoken, and truly professional. I had a small issue, and he handled it quickly and smoothly without any hassle. I’m Gabriel lips wife and we are in shock that hertz could provide us with an inferior car which I may say has low tyre pressure and condition of vehicle is appalling

I normally don’t leave Google reviews - but was particularly impressed with the staff @Hertz Alexandria on Sunday 22nd Feb. My car wasn’t ready, but instead of making me wait, I got a free EV upgrade instead (and it was a bonus because I got an EV from Hertz last time and I LOVED it 🔥🔥) Cheers legends!
