Avoid this location — dishonest and rude service. I had a terrible experience with the staff at this branch, particularly the woman at the counter who was pushy, rude, and dismissive. She spoke over me constantly, made up arbitrary claims that weren’t backed up by the contract, and refused to provide any proof when I asked for clarification. Fairly easy to use service however low star review as most of the staff here are very rude and not friendly in the slightest. When asked a question or I made a mistake I was made to feel very stupid an awkward.
I had a mistake charge they helped me out with that straight away - and the staff are super lovely helpful
