Worst experience with the rental car EVER! The car I get is in such a poor hygienic condition that I cannot comprehend in words. The car is literally infested with roaches. Already killed 3 coming out of the back of dashboard. Car was given with no floor matts so you have to vaccume floor if it gets dirty, moreover, the water reservoir is fully empty, I had to stop at shell petrol station to clean up my wind screen twice, lastly, cup holders were broken and filled with filthy stains at the bottom. Super easy to deal with, seamless experience. My car was getting fixed and my insurance company had Hertz provide with me with a rental car in the meantime, which was great. The car was clean, easy to drive, and pretty new too. Thank you!
I had a really great experience at Hertz Alexandria. The environment is genuinely warm and welcoming, and I can confidently say this location has the best manager I’ve ever dealt with. If I’m not mistaken, his name was Taylor. He was incredibly friendly, well-spoken, and truly professional. I had a small issue, and he handled it quickly and smoothly without any hassle. I’m Gabriel lips wife and we are in shock that hertz could provide us with an inferior car which I may say has low tyre pressure and condition of vehicle is appalling
