I went to pick up my rental on January 2 after I pre-paid for it once I got there they told me that I didn’t qualify for a rental and I started the process of my refund. That day has been 10 business days. I still don’t have my refund every time I call I get all type of excuses and keep apologizing, which is not making the situation any better I talk to a supervisor still no resolve.
