Me and my brother rented a car. It was the worst time we ever had renting a car. I would holly recommend nobody to ever rent a car from this place!
Waited 2 hours at the encore desk after scheduling a 9 am pick up for the customer service to tell us to walk over to another hotel to try there. They said there is nothing they can do and hung up. Will never use the company again. We had tours booked for later in the day that we missed and lost money for. Do not use.
Perfect service, car in good condition. Higly recommanded because of the good price/quality. Very kind Belgian manager.
