Plus jamais Hertz! Parking de retour introuvable, Aucune indication, j’ai du demander � 3 personnes diff�rentes de l’h�tel pour qu’on me dise que c’�tait au P2 et arriv� au P2 pass� 10 minutes � chercher o� �taient les places Hertz. Une fois gar� il vous faut une enveloppe et un stylo pour mettre les cl�s et �crire le nombre de kilom�tres etc (bien sur il y en a pas � disposition). Ensuite ils nous on pr�lev� 60CHF on ne sait toujours pas pourquoi et toujours pas la caution rendue.

Schlechter geht immer....nicht das versprochene Auto vor Ort...Wenn die Buchung storniert wird, gibt es keine Best�tigung etc....nie Wieder.

The car I rented was not available and in fact NO car was available at all with my reservation . It completely ruined a day of our vacation. The desk agent worked very hard over 2 hours to try to find a car for us.

The clerk was absolutely helpful and working with what Hertz gave her. Hertz itself is listing vehicles here that they do not have, and they don’t seem to able to fix this issue and are distressed by it. They are very helpful here and the pickup was straightforward but Hertz itself needs to be more clear with showing what vehicles are actually available before letting you reserve a vehicle that doesn’t exist.

8월 12일 찾는곳을 몰라서 pm7시 30분쯤 반납, 차키랑 영수증 드랍박스에 넣었습니다. 근데 어제 밤에 138달러 추가 결재되었고, 지금 또 138달러가 추가 결제되었는데 무슨 일이죠??
