Great experience renting a car for the day to get away from the strip with some friends. The woman working at the counter was kind and very helpful. Smooth process checking out. To return, enter the Palazzo parking garage from Sands Ave. It took us some time to find the Hertz parking spaces, but they're in there! It also took us a minute to find the counter -- it's inside the Palazzo hotel lobby, and if you're facing the hotel check-in area, it's to the left. Small Hertz sign. Definitely would use them again. Thanks!!
It was a bit stressful as they didn't have a car for me after I had prepaid, but the kind gentleman behind the counter had great communication and was eventually able to get me into a car once one was returned. Throughout the delay I was updated and assisted by the on-site location. Tried calling corporate to inquire on situation and they said just to cancel as "there arent cars in the city available today". Pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. The car we received was in great condition and clean. Guy at the service center was friendly and very helpful.
Cece at the rental desk is AMAZING! She is so personable and takes the time and care needed to address any concerns and make things right. She took our great experience and made it even better!
