The clerk was absolutely helpful and working with what Hertz gave her. Hertz itself is listing vehicles here that they do not have, and they don’t seem to able to fix this issue and are distressed by it. They are very helpful here and the pickup was straightforward but Hertz itself needs to be more clear with showing what vehicles are actually available before letting you reserve a vehicle that doesn’t exist.

8월 12일 찾는곳을 몰라서 pm7시 30분쯤 반납, 차키랑 영수증 드랍박스에 넣었습니다. 근데 어제 밤에 138달러 추가 결재되었고, 지금 또 138달러가 추가 결제되었는데 무슨 일이죠??

Disgusted, dirty in side and out, dog hair, ashes, another person's personal info paperwork (covid) vaccination record. Smell of cigarette smoke...very offensive had to wash and decontaminate clothes and luggage.....very unsatisfied

I had a one-day rental reservation with Hertz at The Palazzo in Las Vegas for 7:00 a.m. The rental was supposed to cost $104.24. Instead, I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received from a rental car company. I arrived exactly at 7:00 a.m. and was helped by Chris Mills, who identified himself as a manager but said he did not normally work at that location. Seems like the simple task of renting a car has become difficult these days with Hertz. The car they gave me wasn't cleaned and has some one's smelly socks tossed inside and dirt on all the seats and clearly has not been processed plus NO GAS. I had to go back to counter and resolve this, so she saw that the keys were confusing her and then realized I was given a non-processed car.
