Cece at the palazzo is amazing. She's very helpful and goes above and beyond what's expected.
I have NEVER witnessed a less competent, less respectful employee than KEITH . He was rude and UNKIND to every passer by and every rental customer that came in contact with him. He literally tried NOT to rent cars so that he didn't have to do the paperwork. I was there for over an hour watching him not helping customers and being rude and condescending to EVERY person he came in contact with. I booked through the Chase travel portal and the details they sent over didn't match my profile. I had my confirmation email handy and Ms. Cece got me sorted and on my way quickly. She also wrote down a detailed explanation on how to retrieve and return the car. The counter is right next to Palazzo check-in, the car was clean and easy to find. Navigating the garage is a bit confusing as there is construction going on but that's the hotel not Hertz. Will rent from here again next time I'm in town!
Worst experience ever Customer service absent Location very hard to found and we ended up with another car not the one we had on line
