Very pleased with the Hyatt Yujin and Josh made the process easy and fast great customer service very satisfied.
Do not rent here. Period. When you arrive to get the rental you have to sign in with an iPad and then wait in another line. Once you are checked in you get shuffled down to the parking garage and wait longer. Our vehicle interior wasn’t even cleaned, sticky stains on the buttons and a banana left in the door. Dave yourself the time and go somewhere else.
Took 2 hours to get our car after our appointment time. Totally unacceptable. We should get money back
I had to wait more than 1h to get my car (you can checkin online to save time), which was from another category than what i reserved. The drop off was far and also a pain, the instructions was long with lots of opportunities to fail for which there were hefty fees.
