If I could leave zero stars I would. Our flight got canceled due to weather so we called to make sure they would hold our reservation that had been in place for almost a year. The agent who answered the phone barely spoke English and after being reassured they would hold our reservation we got off the phone and then received a text and email saying our reservation was canceled. Wartezeit trotz Reservierung liegt bei über zwei Stunden. 2/10 Schalter sind besetzt.
If I could give zero stars I would. Overcharged my family, then we brought it back and they tried to refuse a refund. Do NOT rent a car through them.
