Avoid at all costs. Poorly managed. Poorly inventoried. Systems often an issue. I rent here most weeks of the year. And there are issues nearly half the time I come here. I’m likely taking my business as a Hertz Presidents Circle member elsewhere.
Michael was very helpful in assisting us with getting our rental car. The entire process was smooth, and the experience was very good. We appreciate his support and friendly service.
First time renting a car to drive to Philly and Freda at the counter was SO HELPFUL!! Definitely a great experience here every one we interacted with was so sweet.
