R u still open for rental car I can’t choose this site for pick up or return

I went through an auto shop to rent from hertz as they are affiliated with them . They held $200 on my card while I was renting them when I returned the car a week later I asked them what is the total they said they did not know and told me to call a uber to go back to the auto shop to pick up my car 2 months later they took $539 out of my account and I don’t know why . I will NEVER EVER rent from them again customer service is horrible and to charge someone 2 months later and not send a invoice or reason why they took those... read more
