Booked on expedia 4/8 for a 9 day reservation for a 9am pick up on 6/20. 1.5 hours late and its still not here. I will be driving late tonight because of their lack of concern or consideration to be on time even with over 2 months advanced notice. Called Mike back this morning who called last night to tell me it would be 10am. No answer or working vm. Called Was Glocester and was told it could be 11am now. Now its 11:30! Not a good start to a family vacation! Unreliable service. Not staffed. Not recommended.
