The fact that we returned our loaner on time and are still getting money taken out of our account is crazy. It's been weeks and they have charged us up to $700 due to a system issue? Imagine if that was all the money we had for the month to survive. I am thankful that it happened to us and not somebody else. Please try taking peoples livelihood into consideration before continuing on this path of carless mistakes, and lack of empathy. Thank you.
