No cars available upon arrival.
Bad experience. Arrived on time for my reservation and they had NO CARS. Waited 30 minutes and gave up. Cancelled and went to Enterprise (amazing service there-in and out in 15 minutes). To add insult to injury, got charged for a no show. Called various customer service reps and supposedly will get a refund in....you guessed it...three to five business days! This is not my first problem with Hertz. I have learned my lesson. I wanted a rental, but got nothing but a headache.
Charged my card three times during pickup of the rental. I prepaid for the rental before I arrived. I keep telling the lady she was charging my account she said no even after I showed her. Manager couldn’t see because only billing can see all the charges. Good luck talking to someone in billing and car was returned a day early and all charges are still on the card. Go some place else
I had such a great experience with Hertz thanks to Perry and Andrea! They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had a smooth rental experience. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road quickly. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, but Perry and Andrea truly delivered. I appreciate their patience, attention to detail, and kindness. I’ll definitely be renting from this Hertz location again because of them!
