Got great customer service ! Highly recommend!
This was a fast and great process. I was able to get my rental within minutes of arriving. I was provided great customer service from Jonathan which made this process stress free and made sure I had everything I needed for my rental. Would definitely recommend this location for your next rental.
Car was not available when arrived. Was never informed of the non availability ahead of time. Then they required me to have a credit card because it’s a same day reservation. I already paid online!
Jonathan really went above and over to take care of customers - without him this location will sink.
