Pick-up was simple and the car was nice, clean, and drove great. The return was also easy. The shuttle was waiting on us both ways. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.

Return your vehicle can be confusing, tree branches blocking the Hertz sign so you an actual miss the return entrance.

This is the worst hertz car rental we have had experience with. Usually president circle members get to pick whichever car is available on the lot. We were told that they are "giving" it to us as this was not what we booked! It's nonsense because the car we booked was sitting at the presidents circle lot. The lady said that she wont give us the car we booked for but can give us another one as a favor. That is not correct because the car we paid for is on the lot! This is simply the worse experience we have.

No communication whatsoever I called and tried to made a reservation just to arrived to tell me they didn’t had anything. So much wasted time that needed to be done something else and couldn’t because of it.
