I wanted to return the car and cancel my transaction before even getting the car keys and driving the car. Still they did not cancel my order and I had to take the car ,even though I had change my mind. Hertz make it impossible to cancel the transaction and is here to get make customers life difficult.

Many thanks to the latest review by Mike, As I decided to first go by this location before booking my 2 week rental! He wasn’t wrong, it’s extremely dark in there and there wasn’t even a single employee there at 12:33pm as the doors were locked and no one in sight! All of this is obviously very shady and it now gives me pause of whether I should even rent from there especially if they’re not doing their due diligence as far as preexisting damage!

Make sure you inspect your vehicle outside of their garage (which is extremely dark inside) BEFORE departing the location as you may miss preexisting damage like a cracked windshield until the next day that you yourself will ultimately be responsible for. Not only that but be charged a LOT more than what it would have cost you to fix thru a 3rd Party. Location also is short-staffed and so expect to wait much longer than other Hertz locations as I did both checking in and checking out.
