Returned to this location. No signage. Office is inside parking garage (difficult to find).
Great client care, not enough car choices
Bad experience. I was there with my out of state temporary DL and the staff there ask me to leave without any explanation. I have to drive around the whole San Diego city to get a car. Bad hertz. I definitely will never been to this sh Also, the staff left a sign saying will come back in 5 minutes, while we did wait for 30 min. Making this worse;(((
Avoid this location at all costs. This was one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at the Hertz location on time, but no one was working — the office was closed with no explanation. We waited over an hour before someone finally showed up. When the staff arrived, they were immediately rude and aggressive. They refused to rent us the car, without giving any clear reason.
