So I am pleased to leave this review for Ryan I can definitely say he was thorough and work through the situation where I had a reservation at the City Line Avenue Hertz Rental and they didn't have any cars for me in spite of me having a reservation and when I called Ryan he assured me that he will get me in a car at the last minute and then once I arrived not only did he find me a vehicle to fit my height he took that into consideration he also got me into the price that would not be beyond my warranty this young man was so... read more

Hertz is shady! I attempted to extend my rental and the transaction did not complete on the app. So, I attempted a few hours later and Hertz raised the price for the exact same extension. Beware - Hertz is clearly using dynamic pricing to extract the maximum money from you and they are NOT transparent about it.
