wish I could post negative stars. Vehicle was a substitute, something went wrong with the planned vehicle. This vehicle was dirty inside and outside. Billing after rental is a nightmare. Booked through AAA, additional driver was suppose to be included. Deposit was suppose to cover rental, insurance, and security deposit ( which was to be refundable). Final bill was more than the deposit. Was billed for additional driver and a higher insurance rate than quote and agreed to.
Overcharged unexpected charges, phone system sucks and can’t connect to a live person.
Worst in the area. Places like this are the reason Hertz as a company will be out of business soon. Rented a car to drive to buffalo NY. Once I started the music came on full blast…nice little prank by the disgruntled cleaning guy. Then a few miles into the drive I tested the wiper fluid seeing as I was headed into a snowy area…BONE DRY. I had to turn off and actually go to my house to refill the wiper fluid for them. After returning the car the guy laughed when I told him and asked if I wanted him to give me wiper fluid….ye... read more
Friendly and convenient! The service was more than I expected. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time.
