Worker was joking about driving while smoking weed when I picked the car up key drop off box wasn't set up right and I couldn't reach the location even by having somone from corporate reach out to them then they tried hitting me with over 400$ of false charges with no basis
I specifically reserve and paid for a hybrid car and when I went to pick up the car and hybrid car was not available

So I am pleased to leave this review for Ryan I can definitely say he was thorough and work through the situation where I had a reservation at the City Line Avenue Hertz Rental and they didn't have any cars for me in spite of me having a reservation and when I called Ryan he assured me that he will get me in a car at the last minute and then once I arrived not only did he find me a vehicle to fit my height he took that into consideration he also got me into the price that would not be beyond my warranty this young man was so... read more
