Quick and easy, car was in great condition and very clean.
I tried to rent a car. Waited over an hour because the employee was very slow. When I got to the front, the employee gave me false information (payment method clearly showing on the reservation) and I corrected him. He was upset that I corrected him and refused to rent me the car. I had a reservation but he proceeded to ignore me, and helped the four people behind me.
