Worst hertz experience I've had the attendant behind the counter was very rude and tried to overcharge me for a deposit by $500.00
Hertz used to be the best. Now they’re the worst. Terrible customer service. The car I received smelled like smoke the second was dirty w bird poop all over it and sand in the front seat. MOB specifically was the worst rental experience in over 40 years of renting cars. Unfortunately I will have to go back to deal w them all over again to find out why they charged me another $80.

Worst experience ever I go up to go pick up my rental. A guy takes all my information then he starts writing a phone number and tells me to call them and ask why I can’t rent a car from them. No other information I called the number it’s closed cause it’s past the time of their office hours. I go back up and talk to a different employee. She gives me a little bit more information.
