THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! Had 2 rental trucks through Hertz. The 1st didn't make it 1 day before the tires were in such poor condition. The 2nd truck also got a flat because the tires were even WORSE than the first truck. So bad that I took it to a tire shop and after 1 look, I was told that the tires were flat out UNSAFE and not road worthy! They measured at 2/32 tread (which is almost bald). Do not by any means put your trust in this rental company. We rented a truck from them for an insurance repair through a body shop. The first truck they attempted to rent us had a flat tire within a day of driving it, they gave us a second which also had a flat within a day. We took the tire off to put the spare on and noticed that the tires were nearly bald. We took it down to a local tire shop and they measured the tires at 2/32nds. This truck was not safe to drive.
