Improper billing and fraudulent charges were added to bill which was acknowledged by staff but they were unable to refund at rental site, and required several calls to customer service phone line.
I made a reservation for car. When I got there, the agent said that there was no car available. Then, I asked " Why didn't I give a courtesy call or email letting me know that there was no car availiable?" The agent gave a lame excuse that there was no information provided. I said I made the reservation through Uber. I would I've been able to make a reservation without that important information. We had a horrible experience at this branch. We booked a car online and the day of pick up they called saying the car wasn’t available but I could get a replacement. To make a very long story short, I ended up paying more than double the original offer because they didn’t honor my online reservation, even though it was their fault they didn’t have the car I paid for.
I had a great experience at Hertz thanks to Vanessa at the front counter! She was super friendly, efficient, and made the whole rental process quick and easy. Everything was clearly explained, and I was in and out without any hassle. Definitely the smoothest Hertz experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Vanessa!
When I got to the vista location to pick up a truck I waited for over 20 minutes just for someone to come up. When the girl did she literally tells me “oh we don’t have any trucks for you to rent” I asked well what am I supposed to do. She stated you can call another hurts. In turn I said no you can call them.
