The reason for giving only 2 stars for the service is that we signed on for having a car for one day (picked it up at 10 am on Friday and returned it at 10:30 pm the same day at same spot!) and they charged us for overtime for having returned it the day after, on Saturday, which never happened! Please, Hertz at Marriott Marquis look into it asap and have the overtime charges along with the charges for an extra day removed!

Awful, waited an hour in line at 2am in the morning to get the car, guy was annoyed that I was there. Then they hit me with a $23 “ convenience fee” on a $17 toll. Never using Hertz again.
Honestly I'm not sure why this location has such a bad rating. Stuff is super friendly, all the fees are clearly explained, pick up and drop off is seamless. They even got me an upgrade to a nice brand new SUV
