I rented a vehicle for my mother in Colorado springs to drive down to Santa Fe. When I made the reservation I specified a drop off in another city. I paid with no notification that there was an “intercity fee”. When my mother picked up the car she also told the associates that she was returning in Santa Fe. They confirmed that was correct. We also called the morning of the return and was confirmed by Derek that the car is able to be returned in Santa Fe. I was sent here from Hail Genie as they repaired my car. This business snuck in a charge on my credit card stating it was for gas but when I dropped the car off, it had a full tank. Scam business.
