Very rude, called before hand to see if we can request a certain car, we wanted a bronco, they said they have them in stock and they were able to do that. When we got there they had multiple broncos out in stock, but told us they couldn’t give that to us and gave us a VW. When we looked at the car they were gonna give us it was extremely dirty, scratches everywhere, the inside was a reck with scratches and stains.
