Well, Hertz people are nice enough, very efficient and helpful, but Google maps makes no distinction between Hertz and Hertz Lyft, says the location(s) are open until 6pm (Lyft is open until 5pm) and open Saturdays 8am-12pm (Lyft is closed Saturdays). I was able to drop the car off at the airport (SFO) on a Saturday. I waited an hour to pick up my car (a poor hyundai elantra) with useless President circle status. There are plenty of cars in the lot but the agent said no cars. No star for sure.

My reservation was for 3:00 PM, but due to a complete lack of available non-premium electric vehicles, I wasn't assigned a car until 5:00 PM—a two-hour delay. When I finally got the vehicle, the condition was appalling. It had pre-existing damage, was filthy inside and out, and the battery was only at 62%. To make matters worse, I found a dead roach in the trunk. The experience was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I do not recommend this location.
