Worst customer service ever!! The front desk lady is the most unprofessional and rude receptionist ever. Never have I dealt with such LAZY people like the ones working inside Hertz. Some of them should get fired asap!!
BEWARE!! Please read my experience before renting! This program is a SCAM. I rented a car from Hertz through Lyft 9 days ago. The listing clearly said $350 per week, yet I ended up paying $490. On top of that, Lyft appears to pay about 17% less when you’re renting through them, so you earn less while still paying high rent and insurance to Hertz. The first car had a broken rear seatbelt.
