The people were nice and knowledgeable...we were supposed to rent a mid-size but someone that rented the car earlier smoked something in the car🤨🤔 so they switched it for us thank you
They said they had a car for me but when I got there they didn’t so I had to uber back to the hotel after they told me it was a car up there make sure yu keep calling
Rented a car from them August 8 was not clean at all the first thing I did when I got it was took it through a car wash and cleaned the inside. The I look at my credit card bill to find out I was charged 256 for a one day rental. They need to wear masks because they are robbing people blind. Will never rent from hertz again
