By far the worst experience I've ever had renting a car. I made my reservations 3 months in advance through Hertz website, to find out they didn't have any cars to rent and there other locations could not and wouldn't help. This company should be dissolved!!!!!

Booked a car 20 days in advance online through Hertz directly and when I arrived they told me there was no car, with no anticipated time of arrival for the car. Had to quickly go to enterprise glendora. Hard fail.

Had an appointment to pick up my rental at 1230. I arrived there at 1228. When I knocked on the door the individuals said he clocked out for lunch and couldn't help me. I should have listened to the reviews that were left here.

I'm very unhappy with this place, I reserved a car 3 days in advance on Priceline and was told that they don't have a car for me unless I'm willing to pay more for a upgrade. NO HONOR HERE.

Hertz at Toyota of Glendale does not honor online or third-party pricing. I booked a 2-week rental through Priceline four days in advance. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available. I was sent to a second location where they refused to honor the confirmed pricing. I waited over two hours in the parking lot and personally watched them give a car to another customer after telling me they only had SUVs available.
