Most likely will never rent from Hertz again Calls me to tell me I need to cancel my reservation and rebook at a higher rate. Tells me my rewards account is no longer active even though it's fully active on the app. Tells me to come at 230 for a 2pm reservation since they will be a lunch, and fine, but that's also seems like they want to get me a no-show $40 fine. Doesn't give me the # to their manager or any customer support. Pity since my first rental went wonderfully but there is a massive loss of trust here. Avoid.

Let me save you some peace and time. DO NOT RENT HERE. 1) Hard to find, they are located in the back by the service area. 2) There is only 1 staff in working in an enclosed office. There is no booth like you normally see at a car rental. 3) It’s highly unorganized, you don’t know who is waiting because everyone is just sitting around waiting for someone to walk out of the office like if they’re buying a car or something. The service agent at the locations was friendly and helpful but Hertz as a corporation is extremely unorganized and a disappointment, go somewhere else. They will allow you to book cars they dont have and leave you stranded.

By far the worst experience I've ever had renting a car. I made my reservations 3 months in advance through Hertz website, to find out they didn't have any cars to rent and there other locations could not and wouldn't help. This company should be dissolved!!!!!
