The vehicle that I had prepaid for and chosen was unavailable at arrival to the hertz service counter. The woman we spoke to was unfriendly and we ended up having to rent a vehicle that was out of budget. After getting off a late flight, the entire pickup process was confusing, stressful, and resulted in us spending more than we had budgeted for.
