Our check in experience was smooth and efficient thanks to Connie! We were through the line quickly and our rental car is in great condition.
Worst customer service. They feel like they own the place
I used Hertz for a rental in Grand Junction. As soon as I began driving, the “maintenance needed” light came on. I called the next morning to report it because Hertz was closed by the time I reached my destination, and I was told “oh, it was probably not reset.” Well, I expect the car to be ready to go and worry free, so rather than resolve the issue, I was left with the stressful light.
Experience was fine. Easy access to the car as it was waiting g for me. Rerun was a breeze. BUT the car shook like a maraca >55MPH. So that was a downer. Other than that good experience.
