Experience was fine. Easy access to the car as it was waiting g for me. Rerun was a breeze. BUT the car shook like a maraca >55MPH. So that was a downer. Other than that good experience.

The agent was rude and unprofessional. I go to pick up the car rental, she states “you know the car will need to be dropped off earlier” I said that’s fine. She then tells me they do not have the car we chose to rent. She gave us an SUV. Ok I understand. Then she continues to give me attitude about the payment process. Eventually decided that it is not worth it to give my money to a company that hires horrible customer service representatives.

Katie is very rude , she hung up on me mid sentence and did not offer any type of help or support trying to rent a car. This is my first time actually renting a car. It is difficult to navigate the ins and outs and being shut down like that on my first attempt was very discouraging. On to the next one!!! I hope Katie has a better day.
