I got a defective car and terrible manger attitude! Will never rent from Hertz
Very unprofessional company turning down a handicap person to rent a vehicle and standing outside with her walker.
Not happy with my experience. My car was totaled and the other person was supposed to pay for it with there insurance. Got a rental from here. I return the vehicle they said everything was fine i didn't owe anything when I dropped it off. Then they charge me telling me the fuel was slightly off and took my deposit.
