Very bad experience, They don't pick calls and after multiple attempts they have lifted the call but kept on hold forever. Worst customer support.
Booked a car online, and when I arrived was told they can’t give me the car I paid for because I don’t have a credit card. Do not book online and expect to have a car, they won’t give it to you. Now I have to uber all around town instead of using a car. Sad.
Great staff and friendly service. Very busy, but you would not know it given how the staff handled things.
