They called me less than 24 hours to let me know that they don’t have vehicles available. They are charging me $50 dollars fee for cancellation.

Uber allowed for same day last minute rental, at arrival the guy with the beard was annoyed at me before we began, extra annoyed after I told him I booked with Uber. Said they had no cars, couldn’t help me. He was prissy and rude with no solutions or suggestions. He basically eye rolled me! The Latino there that was shorter was the only one that was so kind and helpful and nice giving me full info as to why and suggestions as to what I can do.
