I have rented from this location several times just for the convenience. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This guy told me his name was Dominic, he told someone else his name was Chad. I asked for his card he would not give me one. Ask for the Manager he said he was the Manager. Ask for the General Manager information he told me NO! He tried to put me in a lower class car because they didn’t have the car I reserved. All they had were SUVs . Picked up a car at the airport late and there was an issue with the electronic dashboard. Kept flashing on and off and could not use the map or connect my phone to Bluetooth. Went to the nearest location which was this one in Round Rock and was told to pound sand and take it back to the airport for them to deal with. Called the Airport location and the manager Terry told me to contact the local branch. Explained I already did that. Gave him the story I got from Round Rock location. Always smiling and proactively providing options and clearly explaining all the terms and conditions. Patiently assisting me through out the process. Highly recommend this spot for rentals.
