Awful. Simply awful. Made a reservation for a vehicle because our vehicle broke down. Was on my way to Hertz in an Uber and received a call that the vehicle I had reserved was not available. When I asked how I was able to make a reservation for a vehicle that was not available, I was told "That's not our fault". Pretty sure it wasn't my fault. I'm not sure who they think is responsible. Do not go there. Do not use them.
To be fair, I booked a car at the very last minute, so the only option available was an EV car, which would definitely be my first and the last ever renting an EV car as it took so much time with charging. The locations that we used from the car options were limited and with slow speeds. It's also expensive compared to a regular car. My 8 hour trip took me almost 16 hours a day due to charging.
