No one at counter. Have to call a number. No one answered. Finally get a call back and she was beyond rude!!! Need to get someone with actual customer service skills that will actually show up and work!! Well NEVER use hertz at this airport!

I guess I should have read the recent reviews, because they were spot on! We reserved an 8 passenger vehicle over a month in advance. There was a recall due to loose trim, so they couldn’t provide the vehicle. They knew about it at least 10 hours prior to our pick up time, but they never called to tell us, so when we showed up, we had no vehicle. They offered a smaller vehicle as if they were doing us a favor. If I needed a smaller vehicle, I’d have booked one. Lesson learned.

I will use the days I rented. But think twice renting from Budget again!
