Had a reservation got there & no one is at the counter & then when you call the number the lady said she would need 20 minutes to come back because she had to go into town??? I’ve now been waiting 30 minutes and still no one for a car that is already paid for
Customer Service awful. Original flight pickup 10am on a SATURDAY! My flight out of Houston was delayed. Arrived at Hertz counter right at the noon hour. Counter CLOSED!! Rep at National Car rental helped me out by getting a car for me without a reservation. Meanwhile, there is a Hertz charge on my credit card that I am disputing. This process is taking up a lot of my time as for some reason I can not talk to a live person. Thank you National Car Rental for coming to my RESCUE!
