Worst attitude from agents 1st car I got transmission went and was dirty. 2nd vehicle still had bottles and under seats and still dirty
They over charged me after saying they have no documentation of my recent charge. I have all my documentation from the day I rented. Customer service was definitely a zero and has been since I started using hertz in Connecticut. I even opened a checking account just for this as I had issues using a credit card, so now they use fraudulent ways to increase their revenue. I know other drivers who dealt with the same situation. They charged me for week and future days.
