Reserved a full size, we were given a mid-sized but charged the same price. When asked about it, they said that's how they do it at this location and all they had left was mid-sized. We didn't have enough room crushing & cramming our luggage into the trunk and had to squeeze luggage into the middle of the backseat and it was super uncomfortable .
