Hertz used to be a good company . While I was at the Modesto location for 15 min . Two customers said they were being ripped off by them. One guy called police and the other was elderly could barely walk . He had rented for s month but thought if he returned a week early that he would get a credit . They said no and refused to let him keep the cat he already paid for
