Very helpful and professional, I got into 0 issues, unlike with dfw hertz, they are way better and customer friendly, they were quick to let us take a different car, when the initial car we got on managers special was unavailable. Also handled our car swap while being polite and efficient.
Very rude staff especially the blonde woman at the counter. Trying to save cars from the presidents circle and pressuring us to choose from the gold circle. Extremely unprofessional
