No respetan las reservas que ya tienes y quieren subir los precios. Si ya tenemos la confirmación de la reserva con un valor, no deberían cambiarlo. Y cuando les muestras el correo electrónico con el numero de resrva y los precios se enfadan y sin revisarla solo te dicen que si no quieres el precio que ofrecen, deberías buscar otro sitio. El peor lugar de la tierra para rentar un auto justin e chico en la store nos trató muy mal hice una reservación y cuando llegué esta persona sin no siquiera revisar mi número de reservación me dijo que no podía ayudarme

I chose this location because of proximity however, I will not recommend to anyone. The staff was rude and my rental was not available on time. After waiting almost two hours, I chose another company. Definitely not on brand with the Hertz name.
