Don’t recommend Bad Experience, got my reservation, made me Wait For Thirty Minutes nobody at the Front Desk just two guys Walking in and Five customers Waiting For attention Máde Wait And Make me Lose My Flight. Called and Nobuddy answer the phone
Staff was incredible rude and had the worst attitudes. They told me I would have to take the car dirty since I came in right before closing. Although someone walked in behind me and they managed to be polite to him. I suspect because he was a white male. The man who checked me in had an attitude the entire time. And the other staff giggled while he was being rude. Since it was late, I didn’t have another option. But I will never rent from here again.
All around perfect experience. Clean, new car and fair prices.
The wait is ridiculous. The staff seems completely unprepared. I would avoid this location if at all possible.
