It always takes forever.. today they got two people off and only two people working. Wait time is insane. I just don’t understand the reason in having to set an appointment time.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Hertz. I reserved and prepaid for a vehicle online, expecting the pickup process to be quick and seamless. Instead, when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, I was told that the location did not have my reserved vehicle available. What made the situation even more frustrating was that no one contacted me beforehand to let me know there was an issue. I had trouble reserving from this location to start with. The 24 hour debit card reservation policy is not listed online. And the manager or associate that assisted me was very very rude. I have rented from hertz before with my debit card so this must be a new policy. However the lack of customer is unacceptable. I WILL NEVER come to Hertz again!! I wish I could give zero stars.
