Good customer service was impacted the crowdstrike tech outage.
I've been trying to call this location for 2 days... the automated system does not give me an option for the questions that I have! when I press the number to speak to a local person it automatically hangs up on me! I guess Hertz doesn't want my business for spring break?
Tried calling this branch several times to make a reservation, as it stated online they do not take online reservations. The phone system will disconnect you every time unless you contact emergency roadside service. Upon arriving, I found out they do not even rent at this location! Horribly mismanaged and confounding lack of customer service.
I am very happy we found this company. The sales associates are phenomenal and can assist with your every need. They are knowledgeable about the cars they have and can provide great assistance during your purchasing. Each car is very nice, too many good ones to choose from! If you can work with Christy she is awesome at what she does.
