This location never opened even though the website said they are open from 9am-3pm. It has many terrible reviews. I would trust those, Hertz Club Gold terrible experience.
Understaffed.
No cars or attendant. Moved my reservation to another location without emailing me. Claimed to call me an hour before pick up, but did not come up as Hertz number. Paid for Uber twice.
Nobody showed up. Not even a message stating they were going to be late. Not even a heads up. The hotel staff mentioned that nobody showed up to work yesterday either. Just an empty Hertz booth receiving reservations. There's another gentleman here in the same situation, he's calling HQs while I chat with Hertz. Nobody has any idea what's going on.
