Nobody showed up. Not even a message stating they were going to be late. Not even a heads up. The hotel staff mentioned that nobody showed up to work yesterday either. Just an empty Hertz booth receiving reservations. There's another gentleman here in the same situation, he's calling HQs while I chat with Hertz. Nobody has any idea what's going on. Worst car rental experience ever. Hertz should shutdown this location and fired the guy who was in charge of that location. I wish I could give zero star.

Horrible! I made a reservation months before showing up to the staff no showing that day! This was a very important trip and it caused me massive trouble! Never use this location! Horrible
