Waited over 30 minutes to get a car..then car was nowhere to be located. Had to find an employee to get the car for us. Another 25 min. wait.
Manager Carlos was very friendly and super helpful about walking me through my billing. I wouldn't rent from another company at DCA.
Took almost 2 hrs to get my car. Corporate support initially refused to provide any compensation, then eventually offered some "points."
Charged my card 3 times "what a way to start a trip" some people might have enough money to have a hold on over a thousand dollars but I sure don't
