Do not rent a vehicle here, this is a franchise Hertz and Dimitri whom is the manager is not helpful and the issue I had he responded well, it is what it is. In no way did he correct the issue, and a mother and infant was involved so all you mothers out there, please save yourself the aggravation. The car was filthy and the infant seat was a piece of crap and this is a direct reflection of the owner of this franchise and an embarrassment to Hertz.
