Very disappointing experience. We made a reservation well in advance and paid a premium price specifically for a pickup truck. When we arrived, we were told there was no pickup truck available and were offered a regular sedan instead, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff asked us to wait off to the side for about an hour before giving us any answer.
