Very disappointing experience. We made a reservation well in advance and paid a premium price specifically for a pickup truck. When we arrived, we were told there was no pickup truck available and were offered a regular sedan instead, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff asked us to wait off to the side for about an hour before giving us any answer. Rowena and Cassandra are always so great to me and my family when we’re in town at the Wynn! They always make it seamless and make sure we have a nice ride. Gave us a brand new Enclave!
The lady who answered the phone does not know anything about her job. She was rushing me off the phone because she doesn't know anything about the services but concedes to tell me the airport doesn't offer the services I'm looking for, which is hypocritical. Can someone please tell me which site helps with rentals for delivery drivers?
