I rent a lot of vehicles with Enterprise. I thought I would give Hertz a shot. The online process was fine. I'm very aware of how many times you have to ask if I want to add more charges to my bill hoping I miss something. So I made sure to click NO on the fuel, insurance, etc. Then I get an email to check in - denied the same charges. Then it was time to select my vehicle. Denied them again. The front desk staff was so friendly and nice. Filipino lady and African man (sorry don't know their names) were so funny and hooked us up with a great car last minute after our plan were falling apart. Great customer service! Process was smooth and they even walked us to our car.
Horrible experience, book a car with them, didn’t have any car available for that day (Dec 28th), And now they don’t want to reimburse the money back. Avoid this company if you don’t want to loose your money. Update: customer service sucks! It makes everything impossible to get a refund back. Feels like a Vegas scam! I thought Hertz was a trustworthy company… until now. Never again!
