Friendly efficient fast
Had a reservation booked to rent a car for my brother's home coming from the navy. They processed to run full on credit check on my debit card just to hand me a peace of paper from sme infax place saying they can't rent to me. Apparently no credit card no rental. Not everybody in this world with money is tied up to sme random credit card. I ended up using turo and got a car the sme day
Terrible experience…. I booked this location to rent a car it was the first option that popped up, I got a confirmation email. Upon arriving the lady was on her lunch so we waited once she returned she had major attitude and stated that they don’t open until 2 which was obvious since there was a sign stating that. She attended us but couldn’t find my booking so she said “that’s okay let me see if I can accommodate you” okay awesome. I would have gave the Wynn hertz location a 5 star due to the staff (excellent) although I had to give this review a 4 star due to difficulty finding the location!!
