Long wait and the car was not available.
First of all the front agent for the “Upgrade” states it would be only an extra $25 not $25 a day….. second the total came out to an extra $158 extra on top of the $289 I already paid months back… $25 for 4 days DOES NOT add to $158. Then 2 weeks later (Nov 12) I was charged $30 randomly. When I called Hertz they said it was for tolls and a parking ticket, when I literally didn’t use tolls or receive a parking ticket.
I went to pick up my car and they said the car I rented was already picked up at 11am when I was there waiting in line at 11:15am and finally got through to an agent they said I had to wait until 12pm till another customer dropped on their car. This location did not set aside a car for my reservation and I had a meeting to goto so I was forced to rent an upgraded Suv and they wouldn't give me a free upgraded and strong armed me to pay an upgraded price. Just don’t rent from here. It’s a waste of time. Staying for an hour in a line that barely moved only to find out that they have no cars available.
