We were easily able to switch drop off locations. Wish signage was a bit clearer. No one was at desk when we were returning so we had to go back up to 10th floor for key drop box.
Nice to be able to turn in my car here but not really labeled well and the rep at the desk was about as helpful as broken door knob.

Do not use the rental service from Hertz at the Venetian hotel is Las Vegas. The absolute worst customer service experience. I have never experienced someone so rude in my entire life.
Agence à fuir ! Nous avons eu un problème d'avion et avons raté notre connexion. Nous sommes donc arrivés avec 2 heures de retard pour prendre la voiture, soit à 17h au lieu de 15h. L'agence à été prévenue plusieurs fois de notre retard, ils disent qu'ils attendent jusqu'à 2h après la fermeture du bureau, soit 18h, mais à 17h, il n'y avait plus personne. Une location à plus de 500 euros perdue. Fuyez, ils sont malhonnêtes et il n'y a aucun service client.
