Wonderful service
Do not rent from this Hertz location. This location incorrectly charged me after I returned the vehicle, and I had to open a credit card dispute to fight the charges. I picked up and returned the car at the Venetian location in Las Vegas. This was not an airport rental, yet I was charged airport related fees. That charge was incorrect. Hertz also claimed I returned the vehicle later than I actually did. That was also incorrect. I have documentation showing the key return, mileage, fuel level, and return details. Awful experience. The extremely low rating is justified and speaks for itself. Don’t recommend Hertz at this area at all.
Mai 26: Wir können all die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Unser ursprünglich gewähltes Auto war tatsächlich auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade des Autos, welches in jedem Fall nochmal für ein ikonischeres Roadtrip Feeling sorgte. Abholung- und Rückgabeort waren gut zu finden und lief problemlos.
