I would give zero stars if I could. I reserved a car paid with on a credit card. When I arrived at the desk i was greeted by an obnoxious representative that seemed surprised that I would be expecting a car to be available during a busy time. This location should update their systems not to book and charge customers for cars that they obviously don't have. Terrible customer experience all around. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. We stayed at the venetian so everything was veeeery smooth. Great service and great car for a low price. Seriously, everything was next level good
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I knew I was in for a bad experience when the group in front of my wife and I told us “good luck”. Rented a car through Hertz at The Venetian and showed up on time, only to be told the vehicle I booked simply “wasn’t available.” No apology, no real explanation, just shrugs. The customer service rep was completely useless – zero effort to find a solution, offer an alternative, or even pretend to care.
