I picked up my car rental from Hertz located at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. I have to say a special thank to Sherry, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Rude staff
A truly terrible experience. I arrived on time for my reservation, but Hertz didn’t have the car I had booked. The employee told me to go to another Hertz location and assured me that I would not be charged a no-show fee. I explained multiple times that I already had a reservation at this location and that picking up a car elsewhere could result in a no-show charge. Instead of helping transfer or update my reservation, I was repeatedly told to make a new reservation at another Hertz location. I spent about an hour trying to ... read more
Very easy to pick up de vehicule, people at the desk were very nice and gentle. A little bite complicated to go out the parking but we made it. The Kia Soul was a pleasure to drive. Highly recommend this place.
