Tried picking up a car. Had to call to get someone to the counter after waiting a long time. The man that cane was extremely rude. They didn't have cars available and he said it's our fault, we should know that when we book a car it's not a guarantee we're going to get a car. What?? HERTZ, do better. The circa hotel is far too classy to have such a horrible car rental service attached to it.
We have reserved a car and came to the place to pick-up the car. We were told that they don‘t have a car available and didn‘t offer any solution. Incredible…
Absolutely worst experience renting a car. Took a half hour of standing waiting on one person. Hostile staff.
Never again! Suppose to get the car at 1pm. Didn't get it till 3pm because the rep wasn't available. Missed a show and lost out on $200. I rented the car in Las Vegas at Circa.
I’m in Las Vegas for a convention. We reserved a car through the website. I received the confirmation for it through text and email for noon. We showed up and the attendant was not there. A sign saying that they "were away checking on the cars." Waited for 15 minutes before they came to the desk. Without even looking at the computer to see our reservation the attendant asks, "Do you have a reservation? We have no more cars today or tomorrow, maybe Wednesday.
