First off, this place was frustrating to find. It’s across the street from the Circa entrance, in the parking garage, 2nd floor. I’ve rented from Hertz before, and usually, they walk around the car with you and take pictures in front of you, to make sure we’re on the same page about the condition of the car. They didn’t do that at this location. And the car interior wasn’t clean
I rented the truck Downtown Vegas in Circas parking garage , With Hertz rental. The rental agent Lauren was fabulous. She was professional, caring, and extremely courteous. She’s a keeper and she’s good for your company. She’s really good with customers and I was very impressed with her and that’s why I will go out of my way to rent vehicles from Hertz, especially at this facility and I will recommend Your company to other friends and family she deserves five stars
The rental pick up at this location was smooth and convenient so 4 stars there. My vehicles initial charge was only 68% so I fell that’s worth 1 star down. The Tesla vehicle I received was a negative 4 stars so I’m at 1 star overall. It should be illegal to rent a vehicle this bad. I drove a better car at Cedar Pointe on a ride when I was 5 years old. I have a ChargePoint charger available at my condo building but I cannot use it because Hertz doesn’t include the required adapter. Instead, I’m living among the local Las Vega... read more
We arrived early hoping to get a car before our reserved time. They didn’t have one back yet but the excellent counter attendant took my phone number and called as soon as a car came in.
