Booked a car here for a weekend. A few hours before the scheduled pick-up time they told me that it was going to be a ~4 hour delay. Fortunately Ron was great and accommodating, and was flexible in upgrading us and making something work.
Tried picking up a car. Had to call to get someone to the counter after waiting a long time. The man that cane was extremely rude. They didn't have cars available and he said it's our fault, we should know that when we book a car it's not a guarantee we're going to get a car. What?? HERTZ, do better. The circa hotel is far too classy to have such a horrible car rental service attached to it.
We have reserved a car and came to the place to pick-up the car. We were told that they don‘t have a car available and didn‘t offer any solution. Incredible…
Absolutely worst experience renting a car. Took a half hour of standing waiting on one person. Hostile staff.
Never again! Suppose to get the car at 1pm. Didn't get it till 3pm because the rep wasn't available. Missed a show and lost out on $200. I rented the car in Las Vegas at Circa.
