I had a great experience with Hertz. I could easily get the car, the staff was really nice. I had no problem at all with the car and it was easy to get it back as its open 24/24.
Todo fue rápido y ya nos esperaban, recibimos una suv mejor de la que teníamos planeado. Lo único que podría comentar es que falta indicar la ubicación exacta de lugar, pues fue difícil encontrarla ( no coincide exactamente con la de Google) El mostrador se encuentra en el segundo piso del estacionamiento enfrente de Circa. I was a bit worried about my choice after reading the reviews. I don't know if it was because I had paid in advance, but I was expected at the counter and received my vehicle. I'm giving 4 stars because I had requested an SUV and got a sedan instead. However, the car was almost brand new and suited my needs. The employee at the counter was very courteous and accommodating.
